Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Y016 Craven Tasker (Andover) Ltd, Anna Valley, Andover, Hants.

TO OVERCOME the problems of running low-loaders over uneven ground or hump-back bridges, Craven Tasker has developed a new elevating neck for use on the Tasklift range of low-loaders.

The first example is on show fitted to a new Tasker trailer which can also be seen for the first time — the F6 38LB. Developed from the company's Design Council award-winning model, it incorporates a conventional lower deck with a load-bearing bridge over the bogie.
