RRITISH Railways has to defer the re placement of road vehicles because of the £10m. cut in its capital investment. Mr. Stephen Swingler, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport, said in the Commons this week that railways service vehicles, parcels and sundries collection and delivery vehicles and private cars were all affected.
