This development has resulted from an American sales agreement negotiated by I. Brockhouse and Co., Ltd., With the American concern, whereby the Indian Sales Corporation was formed and financed by the two principals.

It is understood that it would probably have taken place by now but for the pressure on Parliamentary time caused by devaluation. It is possible that the debate may be held next week.
