Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

There's no finer sight than a man and his truck. This 1930 Kew Dodge recently took part in the Bexhill 100 Festival of Motoring, reputed to be the birthplace of British Motor Racing. The truck is owned by the Kent and Sussex Truck Centre at Tunbridge Wells and is lovingly looked after by Kevin Styles (pictured), a panel beater and sprayer with the firm. Kevin discovered the Dodge 20 years ago when it was stored in bits in a barn in Capel in Surrey. It took him 10 years to rebuild and he now has its complete history including all the tax discs and the original logbook.

The vehicle, which is fitted with a three-litre petrol engine, was first purchased for the princely sum of £218 by haulier AM) Arnold & Son based in Broadstairs, Kent. it seems there's no slowing down for this old timer as, aside from the motoring shows, there are numerous requests from film companies and it is a regular an the annual RCVS London to Brighton run. In fact, this veteran is very similar to my good self, whose services are also constantly in demand (news tome—Ed).
