Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Suffolk police are appeatng for witnesses after a hit and run incident involving a box van left a cyclist with serious injuries.

The incident took place on a slip-readjust off the A14 at Bury St Edmunds when a white box van ran into in the back of a 60year-old male cyclist.

Police say that both the cyclist and the van were driving into the sun and that dazzle probably caused the accident. However, they also think it is "highly probable" that the van

driver would have been aware of the accident. Anyone with information should contact Suffolk Police on 01284 774225.

• The driver of the truck which killed famous cyclist Bruce Bursford last February "took his eyes off the road" when his mobile phone rang, an Inquest heard last week.

Tipper driver Darren Greenwood has been charged with driving without due care. Bursford had set a world cycling record of 341km/h.
