• Bing,ley-based trailer manufacturer and bodybuilder Wilson Truck Services has just completed an order worth over £500,000 for 40 tri-axle tilt trailers for German company AutoconteX.
Autocontex already runs more than 75 Wilson trailers in its fleet and Wilson says it secured the contract "after strong competition from German, Dutch and Belgian manufacturers".
The trailers are on RO-R axles and parabolic suspension, have a 127mm neck and are plated at 14.5 tonnes.
