YUILL AND Dodds has wot its appeal against the ban b) Kilmarnock and Loudour District Council on use o specified roads within its area. imposed during the miners strike when the company tar convoys for British Steel.
Sheriff Terence Russel ruled that the council had not produced evidence to substantiate its claim of public nuisance.
The District Council will consider now whether to appeal in turn against the Sheriffs findings.
