CHARGES involving a variety of alleged offences against two independent operators in the Hereford and Worcester trial area have been adjourned by Hereford magistrates until July 1.
The prosecutions are being brought by the West Midland Traffic Commissioners.
Dennis D. Buchanan of Corngrevcs, Stretton, Sugwas, Hereford, denied changing the registration plate of a public service vehicle with intent to deceive.
William Davies, trading as Stretton Coaches of Plough Lane, Hereford, denied failing to display a licence disc on a coach, failing to display the required legal lettering on a public service vehicle and operating a public service vehicle without a fuel cur-off device to the engine.
