new harbour
A NEW Elm passengel terchange is opening in P mouth next Friday.
Called the Hard Passe Interchange, it is in the known as the Hard by P mouth Harbour. It inch bus and coach stops, ranks, offices, a snack waiting room and shops.
These are all constructe a deck supported by 450 crete piles above 11/2 acr€ reclaimed harbour mud.
On the other side of the is Portsmouth Hart railway station providing rail link, and the Sealink mina! for Isle of Wight fen The new interchange sh, provide easier and quic transfer from one mode to other, as well as improl passenger safety and c venience and easing trE congestion.
Provision in the scheme been made for the addition second deck should it necessary in the future.
