We kno we can expect considerab demands for increased wag( and wider fringe benefits, ii cluding longer holiday sickness pay, pensio arrangements and so on.
"Clearly we have to fin ways to reduce labour cosi while coping with all the demands."
Mr Quayle advised hi members to deal with foi thcoming labour problems i good time, before the need t becomes more urgent.
