Three possibilities hz been discussed and the f oured one is that the site provided to a devloper to r vide parking for 100vehicles, accommodation 50 drivers and facilities truck rental, transhipment z catering.
Less favoured methods development are direct r ponsibility by the Gramp Region, or joint developm by the Region and the tra port industry. Further disc sions are planned with Geo Wimpey, who own the site.
Total cost now is now pected to be Elm for the m limited scheme now approl in principle.
