Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

'THE name Kenex has for some years I been associated with the smallest type of bus, seating about 12 passengers and converted from a van to the 10-15cwt. class. The announcement of a 25-seater coach based on a Thames Trader chassis marks the return of this firm to the Market for a slightly larger vehicle with which they were associated in the early post-war period.

The new vehicle is based on the Trader 3-ton low-frame 138-in. wheelbase chassis and can be obtained with either the Ford 4D diesel engine or the corresponding petrol unit. The tyre size for this application is 7.00-20 (8-ply).

The, steel body framework is supplied by Metal Sections, Ltd., of Oldbury, and assembled at the Barwick Road, Dover, works of Kenex Coachwork, Ltd. Exterior panelling is also mainly of steel, in this case 20 s.w.g. sheet, but the entire frontand rear-end assemblies are of glass-fibre reinforced resin construction.

A full-depth hinged main entry door is fitted on the nearside, and an emergency door extending down to floor level occupies the corresponding position on the offside. A 40-cu.-ft. rear luggage compartment has a top-hinged door.

The passenger seats have divided headrests and foam cushioning, trimmed in moquette and Vynide. The interior lining of the side panels is in PVC-faced washable board and the window trims are in Flexine with a walnut finish.

Among the items of standard equipment are a front-end heater and demister unit, four headlamps, illuminated rear name panel, two exterior and one interior mirror, step lamp with separate switch, and a signal buzzer. . The price of the complete coach standard form is £2,989 10s. for the dic version and. £2,784 10s. with pet engine. Notable among the items lis as extras are fluorescent. interior light (£55), Laminaire variable-rate rear s pension (140) and a two-speed rear a (£100).

A bus version of the same basic des] seating up to 25 passengers is also offei at a price of £2,514 (diesel) or £2,: (petrol). The specification includes st dard bus seating, two headlamps a somewhat less comprehensive equiprm as compared to the coach. Many of items standardized on the latter can fitted at extra cost if required.
