Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FLASHING-LIGHT traffic indicators, fitted at each side of the front of the vehicle just above the driving mirrors, are to be tried by London Transport on 88 double-deckers and 38 single-deckers. They will work in conjunction with a double-headed flashing arrow at the hack over the stop and rear lights.

The indicators are shaped like blunt arrows and give an amber flash 76 times a minute. The housing arm is attached to the bus by a spring hinge, so that if in traffic or in manceuvring in a garage or depot it should foul another vehicle, it will fold inwards and should do no damage.
