Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALTHOUGH the company's main interest lies in passenger bodywork, Nudd Bros. and Lockyer, Ltd., Keg' worth, Derby. has recently built a mobile showroom for Getirge Ellison. Ltd., Perry Barr, Birmingham. This vehicle, based on an A.E.C. singledecker chassis, incorporates many luxury fittings and the builder's passenger body experience no doubt assisted In the production of this specialized type.

The vehicle is used to demonstrate nlastics made by the owner's affiliate, Tufnol, Ltd., and heavier items such as svvitchgear, hydraulic valves and greyiron castings, produced by the Ellison company.

Metal Sections, Ltd., supplied the chrome-molybdenum square-tube body framing. Exterior panelling is in aluminium-faced plywood and the interior is lined with Everflex. 1 here is a detachable panel in the roof and a, Weathershields sliding roof to enable heavy exhibits to be lowered in from a hoist.

The body is solidly mounted at the bulkhead and at the rear, and supported n20 at eight intermediate points on Silentbloc mountings. The cab is attached to the body, but has no front supports. The saloon, which is 22 ft. long and 7 ft. high, is totally enclosed.

The single entrance is on the near side at the front, and visitors enter past a refrigerator and cocktail cabinet built into the bulkhead. There is a curtained cloakroom on the off side, with a washbasin, coathangers and mirrors.

The exhibits are arranged on two display stands on the sides and are securely fastened. 'Loose components may be stored in thc cabinet cupboards. The driver has a swinging mirror on the bulkhead so that he can check the state of the exhibits as he goes along. When not in use, this mirror closes to form an interior fitting.

Behind the stands is a " lounge " with a settee and' a desk fitted over the wheel-arches. A filing cabinet is placed near the desk, which has a fold-back stool, a radio set with intercommunication to the cab, and a dictating machine for recording customers' orders.

An interesting item of equipment is a small lathe used to demonstrate the Machining properties of Tufnol materials. Swarf is collected through a funnel connected to a vacuum unit, also used for carpet cleaning, housed beneath the floor.

A tank in the roof above the bulkhead supplies water to a tap in the cocktail cabinet and to an auxiliary lank, fitted with an immersion heater, from which hot water is piped to' the washbasin. The saloon is warmed by a Clayton Dewandre heater nd there is an extra electric heater installed on the floor of the cloakroom to prevent freezing in cold weather. ',There are four electric extractors in the roof.

The C.A.V. 24-volt electrical equipment includes 18 Nile batteries of 380 arim.-hr. capacity. A Legg transformer under the floor at the rear is used for battery charging from the mains.
