Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

fihe Post Office advertising slogan "someone, somewhere wants a letter from you," has become part of modern folklore. But to small businesses in the Yorkshire Dales, the words ring hollow. Here, some of the post boxes are too small to take A4 envelopes, and businesses complain of working hard to catch the first post — then not being able to squeeze their mail into the tiny boxes. Deeper boxes with wider mouths are being called for. A simple solution, you might think, but replacing boxes set in dry stone walls can cost £2,000, while conservation bodies may protest at losing older boxes. The Hawk will keep you posted.
