Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Iveco Ford operator William West and Company (Ilkeston), has won a contract from Trent Regional Health Authority to distribute its medical supplies and equipment from the authority's new regional distribution centre at Alfreton.

West is using 15 Iveco Ford 1615 Cargos on the contract. The 16-tonne rigids are fitted with special 7.3m-long glassreinforced plastic bodywork, with tail-lifts. These are manufactured by the Nottingham Iveco Ford dealer, Hooley's.

The Cargos have been adapted to fit the speciallydesigned waterproof loading bays at Alfreton, where the roll-on containers can be loaded quickly.

The containers are securely fastened in each truck by load locks and kick straps, which were also fitted by Hooley's.

Thanks to the new contract TRHA can now make emergency deliveries to any part of its area within two hours.
