FROM JUNE 1 several departments of the British Standards Institution, including the sales department, have been established in new offices in Milton Keynes.
The other departments which moved are Technical Help to Exporters, information (including the BSI library), marketing and accounts.
For the first time all publications, including British Standards, foreign national standards and other foreign specifications and regulations are available from one source — the sales department at Linford Road, Milton Keynes.
As a service to those who want details about the existence or content of a particular stan dard or publication, a new inquiry section has been set up with its own phone number — Milton Keynes (0908)320066.
BSI claims that Milton Keynes now houses the largest collection of standards, regulations and technical requirements in the world.
