• The Overnight Express delivery service has been extended to cover all England and Wales. The service has been on trial in the Midlands and North West for two years, but has now spread to cover 80 towns and cities. It carries packages of up to 5cwt at a rate of .60p for 28lb, and guarantees that the customer does not pay if the goods are not delivered on time.
