an appeal by Bedford County Council against joint decisions of the East Midland and Eastern Traffic Commissioners granting to United Omnibus Co. Ltd. a variation of conditions as to fares attached to their licences for stage and euress carriage services. The Ministertook account of the fact that the respondents, on the occasion of their previous fares application, underestimated quite substantially the revenue likely to be received from the new stage fares and suggested that this was a matter that the Commissioners might examine when the fares of the respondents next came up for review.
