port Development Group for the whole share capital of J. A. Erving and Co. Ltd., of Liverpool, has been extended to July 6. By the initial closing date of June 8, holders of 96 per cent of the shares had accepted.
The company, which runs 17 goods vehicles, operates warehousing, storage and distribution facilities. Consideration for the full share capital would comprise 695,000 TDG 5s, shares and E144.800 in cash.
