If the call came to withdraw vehicles from service could small hauliers keep going for a sufficient period to benefit from the higher rates that might be obtained as a result of their "strike action "? Not all of those who attended the meeting were RHA members: will their cohesion be put to the test? If it is, and they are successful, the 000 spent by the RHA on the campaign will be justifiably hailed as a first-class investment.
