A PI on 17 July will look at disciplinary action against Alan James Bell and Tina Margaret Rutter, based in Peterborough. The repute of the transport manager will be discussed.
Eastbourne • Disciplinary action against Hayes-based Cowan Plant and the transport manager's repute will be considered on 17 July.
• The TC will look at disciplinary action against Muck Recycle Loads based in London on 18 July. The transport manager's repute will also be considered.
• On 30 July, Wembley-based Safestand will submit a variation application. Disciplinary action will also be on the agenda.
• Euro Logistics London, based in Welling, will make a variation application on 2 August. Disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be looked at.
• On 2 August, the TC will look at disciplinary action against Hounslow-based Emanuel Transport. The repute of the transport manager will also be considered.
