• The Health and Safety Executive will not prosecute the troubled Derbyshire tanker operator 1-1GP & Sons after an investigation into the death of one of its drivers failed to find the company at fault.
Despite the HSE decision, the cause of the death of the driver, who was Herbert Pheasey's son, remains to be identified by the coroner.
Pheasey was crushed in May at the company's Ashford in the Water depot as he connected his trailer to a vehicle.
Four years ago, one of the company's trucks was involved in a fatal accident when its brakes failed.
