Graylease and CLS Trailer Hire had been hired to Freightliner when they were in fact in the possession of his firm, B&C Haulage. Bevington of Redcar Close Hazel Grove, Stockport and GR Graylease managing director Gavin Gray of Brantingham, Brough, Humberside were jailed for 15 and six months respectively after being convicted in May on fraud and corruption charges (CM 31 May-5 June).
