O At SBG firm Fife Scottish three of the four senior managers have withdrawn from the management-led employee buyout team.
But Fife will continue to fight Stagecoach for ownership of the firm, which has a fleet of 300 vehicles and 850 staff at seven depots. A judicial review is scheduled for next week.
Finance director Jim Moffat, who is leading the team of 11 managers, says the managers left because of a disagreement over the share structure.
