Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The six-wheeler version of the award winning Omni is expected to go into production next year. A 29-seat prototype was unveiled last October, but development was delayed when the original manufacturer, City Vehicle Engineering, went into receivership last November (CM 25-31 Oct 1990).

Omni Bus, which bought the minibus design rights in April, says it will resume work on the tri-axle model when it has moved the production line into a smaller area.

The company plans to build 30 six-wheel Omnis by the end of the year, boosting its workforce from 14 to 25.
