• Wilson Double-Deck has received three more orders from Tankfreight for its tanker/curtainsider, the Decktank, which debuted at Tankcon last month. Tankfreight is already running one of the tri-axle trailers, which have a 21,000-litre tank below the floor and can carry 32 tonnes of dry goods in the curtain-sided section.
Although few operators haul liquids and dry freight at the same time, many want the choice for return trips, says Murray Wilson, managing director of the County Armagh-based manufacturer.
