in which it would be possible for you to convert your Land-Rover for use as an agricultural tractor to be driven on the road by a 16-year-old.
For taxation purposes, to comply as an agricultural tractor a vehicle must not be constructed for load carrying, and we think you would have difficulty in convincing your local motor taxation department that your Land-Rover was not so constructed.
