Mr. J. A. T. Hanlon, Northern LA, in a written decision this week, refused in its entirety the application by G. Stiller (Transport) Ltd., for an A-licence for 11 artics in possession, plus two artics to be acquired, with normal user proposed as indivisible loads of exceptional length, steel, timber, concrete, goods for Davy Ashmore Group, engineering goods, agric. products excluding livestock, chemicals, goods for British Railways, all as required by customers.
