Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Sussex-based Clinical Waste has taken delivery of the first of a five-tractor/nine-trailer order for a purpose-built clinical waste disposal vehicle. The vehicles have been supplied by Topmark Vehicle Contracts which designed the trailers for the job. Features include a double deck, step frame and single axle. An lveco Ford Cargo ML180E lightweight tractor provides the power.

The sealed double-deck trailer allows 20 waste containers to be carried and incorporates a catch tank to prevent spillage. A hand washing unit is also fitted. Power for the electro-hydraulic system can be supplied via a step-down transformer, enabling the tractor unit to cnrry out other work while the trailer is being filled.

The vehicles will operate on contracts in Essex, Guildford, Gloucester and the South Coast. Lightweight artics were chosen for manoembility on sites with restricted access.
