• The vehicle authorisation on the licence held by T J Haulage (Gwent) has been reduced from 22 vehicles and 34 trailers to the 18 vehicles and 20 trailers in possession. Also, its duration has been cut to expire at the end of June.
The company appeared at disciplinary proceedings in Cardiff before South Wales LA John Mervyn Pugh. He said the fact that the company's vehicles had attracted prohibition notices indicating neglect was cause for concern.
