Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NETLON, of Blackburn, has developed an extension moulding for use with its spray suppression equipment.

It is made from high-impact polyethylene, and is bolted to a standard Netlon spray suppression system to form a long flap, which provides a low-cost alternative to mud wings when installed with the Netlon side valance.

The extension moulding is 750min long and available in two widths — 460mm for use with 450mm-wide spray suppression Claps, and 610mm for 600mm-wide units. The combined weights of the Netlon extension moulding, spray suppression flap and side valance assembly are around 10.5kg and 12.1kg per axle set covering the two sizes.

Both widths of extension moulding cost :12.51.1 per axle set, enabling operators to purchase a complete Nedon spray suppression kit for 1.:62 per axle set where the fitting of conventional flaps to existing trailers is not considered practical. Total fitting time per axle set for a complete system is around one hour.
