'THE total number of new commercial hiele registrations for the month of October was 22,656. This figure is only moderate when compared with those recorded for the month in the past two years (1961: 23,072; 1960: 23,937). Registrations in the first 10 months of 1962 totalled 221,880 (255,340 in 1961).
