Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In the never-ending quest for alternative sources of energy, a Japanese inventor has patented a wind-powered generator that sits on the top of a car or a lorry. Hikoshichi Takahashi's device uses funnels or tubes to channel air into a generator which will produce electricity to power the vehicle. Any excess power can be stored in the vehicle's battery. Only one drawback, well more drag than draw, the aerodynamic consequences will ensure that the extra energy gained will be lost by the drag that it causes. Nice try Hikoshichi, but it's back to the drawing board I fear.
