Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Blakes Chilled Distribution is conducting a trial of Cargozone, an ozone-generating system for sterilising and decontaminating the interior of a temperature-controlled trailer. The system, which is built and fitted by Ambles International of Aberdeen, has been installed in a new Cray & Adams semi-trailer.

Ambles managing director Don Kincaid says: "Tests have shown that goods distributed using our systems have an extended shelf life of up to 2.5 days." This technique is also said to reduce odours.

The unit costs around £5,000 including installation. It includes a door switch and emergency off switch inside, as well as an external LED display of ozone level. The system switches on and off automatically to keep the gas concentration constant at 500ppm (parts per million). It is powered by a 12/24V supply fat 3A) from the main refrigeration unit and weighs approximately 10kg. Fitting is said to take about 4.5 hours.
