Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

built by Scania for SJ, the Swedish State Railways, at its Scania-Bilar subsidiary in central Sweden.

The Motortralla 112, as the machine is designated, is based on a bonneted T112 chassis cab, using that vehicle's 11-litre DS11-14 engine, GR871 tenspeed, range-change gearbox and a rear axle which is also standard except for the permanently locked differential. Two standard Scania cabs were welded together to form the crew cab, which can accommodate six people.

SJ uses the Motortralla as a service vehicle for maintenance and repair work but it can be equipped with front and side plough blades for snow clearance duties. The trolley is fitted with a turntable which enables it to be turned around on the track, and conventional road wheels can be fitted to allow it to be towed on the road.

Its maximum speed is 80km/h (50mph) forwards and 30km/h (19mph) in reverse. The trolley has a gross weight of 24 tonnes and can carry a payload of eight tonnes.

Scania GB believes there may be some customers for the Motortralla in the UK. Swedish track is built to the same gauge as British Rail's.
