Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ABELS DISTRIBUTION, part of the removals and storage group Abets of East Anglia, has won a contract worth between Elm and E2m. A total of 15 vehicles worth E370,000 and 35 new employees have been bought in to service the three-year contract.

The contract comes from Crown Suppliers, part of the Department of the Environment, and is for the distribution of new office furniture and equipment to Government departments throughout the UK.

Abels has held a contract with the DoE to move personnel to and from north-west Europe for several years.

The new vehicles are all Dafs, with two articulated tractive units and trailers, and 13 pantechnicons at 12.5gvw. All the vehicles are fitted with air-suspension and take the Abel fleet of vehicles to over 50.

The contract runs to February 1, 1987, after which time the contract will probably go out for tender once more.
