Your report, "Minibus Bill hits operators" (CM, January 21), would also appear to be another blow against the bus preservation movement. The latest DTp test regulations, placed on preserved vehicles as from January 1, 1977, will cause many preserved vehicle owners, which fall in the new class V, to consider seriously whether they can continue to be aciivr& in this field.
