• "How will your face fit?" is one of the factors considered in a new book Changing Your Job After 35, which is published at a time when, say the publishers, 70,000 executives are out of work.
The book sets out to provide guidance on • "mid-career" job-seeking, not least in warning of the pitfalls. It does so in impressively comprehensive and conscientious fashion, but could perhaps have been made a little less dull to read without being any less worthy.
