AHYDRAULICALLY-POWERED crane capable of lifting one ton, has been introduced by Colchester Tillage Ltd. The crane is based on a well-known farm tractor having excellent service facilities throughout the world. It features 360° continous stewing, a power-driven winch which is incorporated in the boom and carries a 110 ft. working length of cable, and simple singlelever controls which are claimed to be foolproof even in the hands of unskilled operators.

Power is provided by a 65 b.h.p. diesel engine and standard equipment includes a 13ft.-long telescopic boom and eight-speed transmission giving road speeds of up to 17 m.p.h. Among the optional equipment are a 15ft.-long boom, an automatic pick-up hitch, 10-speed transmission, hydraulic power lift and driver's cab.
