oil dispensing 1-1 equipment is the Cradle Pump. This can be fitted directly on top of a 40or 45-gal. barrel and will dispense oil or fluid from th'e barrel—or from gearboxes into the barrel. The unit will clamp down on the 2 in. and in. B.S.P. bungs to give a rigid fitting. According to the use for which the unit is installed, the suction pipe or delivery pipe passes through the 2-in. bung into the barrel,
The pump is fitted with a by-pass valve so that control of the fluid flow, when dispensing oil, is easily trigger-controlled at the outlet end of the hose. The unit, supplied with a singleor three-phase motor, has a pumping rate of up to 400 gal. an hour.
This unit is also available mounted on a barrel trolley, giving a completely portable outfit.
