● On 16 August, a PI will discuss disciplinary action against London-based Roy Goodman Transport.
● A PI on 17 August will look at disciplinary action against Stag Freight, based in London. The TC will also consider the repute of the transport manager.
● JA Rattigan, based in Neasden, London, will submit a variation application at a PI on 25 August.
● Disciplinary action against Alan Mitchell, based in Uckfield, will be discussed at a PI on 30 August. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for consideration.
Cambridge
● European Moving Services, based in Graveley, Hitchen, will attend a PI on 19 August. The TC will look at disciplinary action against the firm, and also consider the repute of the transport manager at the business.
● Ipswich-based WBT will attend a PI on 22 August, at which disciplinary action will be considered.
