courses on noise an vibration measurement run throughout the year at the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research, Southampton University. The three-day course are designed to update engineers in techniques for noiss and vibration measurement, with opportunity for hands-on experience.
The courses, run jointly wil Bruel and Kjaer, are: 13-15 September: An introduc tion to mechanical vibration measurement techniques. 26-28 September: The practic of industrial sound intensity measurements.
12-14 December: An introduction to noise instrumentation and measurement techniques.
