my drivers need to complete log books if operating within a 25 miles radius? My company's vehicles are under 3 tonsunladen weight.
AYour drivers are exempt from the need to keep records provided that on any working day they do not drive for more than four hours or outside an area of 25 miles of the vehicle's operating centre. If one or other of these criteria are exceeded then records must be kept for that day.
