Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

assessing the cost of four-wheelers standing idle. Can you give the relevant standing costs for a 7-ton tipper and a 9-ton platform vehicle?

AAs shown in the new edition of the COMMERCIAL Mo-roe Tables of Operating Costs the total standing costs in respect of a 7-ton tipper with an initial outlay of £1,575 would be £22 12s 9d. A four-wheel rigid vehicle with a carrying capacity of about 9 tons and an intial outlay of £2,710 would have a total standing cost per week of £25 14s 6d.

If, however, a claim was being made for loss of use by a professional haulier than an appropriate amount for loss of profit, based on an average obtained during the previous weeks, would also have to be added to the standing costs.
