Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

63-bedroom truckstop near the Dartford Tunnel which went into receivership last November, has been bought by one of its executive directors.

Andrew Wilson, who has worked at Truckworld since it opened in 1989, has joined forces with transport distribution consultant Nick Ashby to operate the truckstop, which has a 51.5m turnover.

They plan to attract 50% more drivers to the site next to J30/31 of the M25 by introducing voucher "incentive schemes". Up to 2,500 drivers currently use Truckworld each week; it has parking for nearly 250 trucks.

Truckworld, which has continued operating since going into receivership, will trade under the same name.

It collapsed when its key backer, a French bank, pulled out. Founder Graham Marshall had hoped to win back the site with finance from a bank, hotel group or brewery, but was unsuccessful.
