Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

M Three-year-old trailer manufacturer Tinsley Trailers is looking for a third manufacturing plant in the Darlington area.

The company, which had a 21.5 million turnover in its first year, is looking to break 28 million this year. General manager Rod Pybus says he needs the new space to meet growing demand for both manufacturing and refurbishment of trailers.

Pybus is looking to add between 2,800 and 3,700m2 of manufacturing space to its existing 5,500m2 manufacturing space on the Ayncliffe Industrial Estate in County Durham and at Whessoe Road in Darlington.

Pybus expects trailer refurbishment to account for around 20% of turnover at the new premises. Much of the refurbishment work will be done on trailers acquired by Tinsley in part exchange for new trailers.

Earlier this year, Tinsley Trailers began operating an express parts service with three vans, and Pybus plans to add extra vehicles to this fleet soon.
