A BODY-ON version of MAN's SR280 coach will be 20 per cent cheaper than its more sophisticated integral stablemate, but it is not yet available in Britain.

Outriggers superimposed on the chassis frame are welded to the bodywork skeleton on to which sheet steel body panels are attached. A panoramic laminated front screen is supplemented by toughened safety glass side windows.
