Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRITISH Road Services' assault on the own-account market has won it another £500,000 contract for the Eastern BRS company, which is providing 22 vehicles for a textile company.

Fogarty, based at Boston, Lincolnshire, has reviewed its transport arrangements, and the EBRS contract is designed to achieve more deliveries with fewer vehicles. All of the Fogarty fleet has been sold to EBRS.

The new arrangements mean that 19 demountable box-bodied 7.5 to 10 tonne lorries, including three new Mercedes-Benz 1617 and two 1217 chassis/cabs, and three drawbar demountable trailers, will be run on the contract.

Four vehicles are being permanently based at SBRS's Kings Cross Freight Centre, in London, and goods for London and South-East distribution will be trunked nightly from Boston. All other British deliveries will be handled by Boston.
