trailers at a yard in Ashwater, Beaworthy, subject to the following conditions: • no more than one vehicle movement out and one vehicle movement into the operating • times of operation to be restricted from 6am to 8pm on centre on Saturdays or Sundays; Mondays to Fridays; • maintenance shall not be carried out at the operating centre on any two consecutive weekends; • weekend maintenance shall not take place before 8am and not after 3pm, except in emergencies. In the event of an emergency, the traffic area office must be informed of the circumstances within 72 hours; • all authorised vehicles should be parked inconspicuously within the environs of the farm buildings;
• all maintenance should be carried out in the farm workshop.
